A Tulsa native, Joanna has a personal interest in seeing her city thrive. She has been lucky to build her career around supporting Tulsa’s economic development and working to ensure that its success extends to all communities.
She is responsible for TIL’s administrative and business operations.
Prior to joining TIL, Joanna was program manager of workforce and talent strategies at the Tulsa Regional Chamber. During her time there, she managed Mosaic, a coalition of companies and nonprofits that championed equity and helped to cultivate inclusion within the region’s business community. She also worked with businesses and educational organizations to create initiatives that build the talent pipeline for the region’s high wage, high growth industries.
Joanna completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a degree in public relations. She has completed her Basic Economic Development Course through International Economic Development Council and is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa, Class 61.
