                  • In order to prepare our workforce for the jobs of the future, Tulsa must build a diverse talent pipeline. This panel will showcase the different facets of Tulsa Innovation Labs’ and our community’s work in building diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce development programs.
                  New Partnerships Driving Innovation
                  • Location: Helmerich Research Center
                  • Tulsa provides a unique case study in how a region can leverage its unique assets and partnerships to drive shared outcomes. This panel will unravel the different roles our partners play in TIL’s AAM initiatives and the value of innovation-focused outcomes.
                   Utilizing Startups to Jumpstart Innovation
                  • Location: 36 Degree North @ City Hall
                  • Traditional economic development has revolved around corporate attraction. With TIL’s vision to position the region as a leader specifically in emerging tech sectors, this approach cannot be the tent pole of our efforts. As Tulsa builds all the key ingredients of a start-up ecosystem mostly from scratch, we’ll hear from the folks leading the programs to make this vision a reality as well as the start-ups navigating the launch and growth of their technology here in Tulsa.
