A native of Muskogee, OK, Kastle’s interests lay at the intersection of innovation and global economic markets.
He is responsible for TIL’s research activities and supports its program development.
Kastle previously worked at Endeavor, a New York City-based nonprofit that builds entrepreneurial ecosystems. There, he researched cities and identified priority targets for Endeavor’s expansion. His work resulted in the organization’s expansion to Northwest Arkansas through a partnership with the Walton Foundation as well as to Buffalo and Rochester, NY and Dublin, Ireland.
He also worked in sales and logistics for Hunter Steel LLC, a pipe and tube supplier for Oklahoma’s oil and gas industry.
Kastle completed his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University and earned a master’s in international relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His graduate research focused on foreign policy and international political economy.
